We take pride in crafting homemade, natural skincare products with care. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

- International Shipping: Varies by destination (typically 7-21 business days)
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

International Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please check with your local post office or carrier before contacting us.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make changes.
